What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the following forms of payment for orders placed on Senecajewelry.com: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Apple Pay, Pay Pal and Amazon. Customers will be charged as soon as their order is submitted.
Will my Seneca Jewelry purchase arrive gift wrapped?
Yes. It will be wrapped in our exclusive Seneca Jewelry packaging which includes a protective leather pouch, custom gift box, note card and literature.
Do I have to wear the supplied rubber backs with my linear drop earrings?
We recommend that you wear them.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we are only able to allow online orders for American and Canadian addresses. It is not possible to specify any other international destination. Please note the Customer is responsible for all duties and taxes applied to the shipment by Canadian customs. A contact number is needed for all international shipments to Canada.

Do other websites or stores sell Seneca Jewelry?
No. Seneca Jewelry is only available for viewing and purchasing on the Seneca Jewelry website. Each piece of Seneca jewelry is custom made to order. Please notify us should you come across any Seneca Jewelry designs on another website or retail outlet using the Seneca Jewelry registered trademark.
What is the return policy?
Seneca takes great pride in each custom made piece of jewelry that leaves our studio. We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order Seneca will gladly accept items for exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 14 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. After 14 days, all sales are final. If returned between 15 and 30 days, an exchange or merchandise credit will be granted. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your account. All returns must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Some exclusions may apply.
On the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment).
Seneca Jewelry is not not responsible for lost return packages.

Why do I have to wait 2-3 weeks for my order to arrive?
Seneca Jewelry is a bespoke jewelry design studio headquartered in Arizona. Unlike many other designer jewelry brands that produce their designs in large volume overseas, each piece of Seneca jewelry is made to order and designer/owner Sarah Jane inspects each and every piece that leaves her design studio. When you purchase a piece of Seneca Jewelry you are buying quality - not quantity. These words are from Seneca himself!
